Notice of an application for a permit to change use of land from Agricultural land to a School in terms of Section 26(3) of the Act Revised Edition 1996, Chapter 29:12. Notice is hereby given that an application to change the use of Lot 1 of Lot 1 of Lot 1 Krom Rivier Kwekwe has been lodged with the Local Authority
1. It is proposed to establish a School on the above mentioned land. In terms of section 26(3a) the proposed use requires special consent from the Local Planning Authority.
2. In terms of the Act, the application is required to be advertised in the local press and concerned or affected stakeholders notified in writing.
