NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 26(3) OF THE ACT
Notice is hereby given of the application to change the use of House No. 1949 of Rutendo Township from residential to institutional use ( Preschool) .
The application requires special consent by Council and the in terms of the operative Kwekwe - Redcliff Combination Master Plan. In terms of the Act the application is required to be advertised twice in a local paper circulation within the area and adjacent property owners notified of the proposal in writing before the application is considered by the Local Planning Authority.
The application plans and any special conditions which the Planning Authority is likely to impose in the event of the application being favourably considered may be inspected in the Office of the Business Development Manager during normal office hours at the Civic center along Sally Mugabe Way.
