Notice is hereby given that an application to change the use of Jericho Estates Sessombe Farm 18 Kwekwe has been lodged with the Local Authority
1. It is proposed to establish an Abattoir on the above mentioned stand which is a Farm land as depicted on the Sessombe layout plan. In terms of section 26(3a) the proposed use requires special consent from the Local Planning Authority.
2. In terms of the Act, the application is required to be advertised in the local press and concerned or affected stakeholders notified in writing.
The application, plans and development conditions which the Local planning Authority is likely to impose in the event of this application being favourably considered may be inspected at the address below during normal office hours. Any person wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application must lodge them in writing with the undersigned within one month from the date of insertion of this notice.
